KSToys Store is committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services for our range of authentic Mattel diecast toys. We are based in Australia and ship to customers worldwide. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, costs, and related terms.

### 1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within **1–3 business days** after receipt and payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.  

During peak periods (such as holiday seasons), processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you via email if any delays occur.

### 2. Shipping Carriers
We primarily use **Australia Post** for both domestic and international shipments due to its reliability and global reach. Where appropriate or requested by the customer, we may also engage suitable local postal carriers in the destination country to ensure optimal delivery.

### 3. Shipping Destinations and Methods
- **Domestic Shipping (Australia)**: We offer standard and express shipping options via Australia Post.  
- **International Shipping**: We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery is handled by Australia Post in conjunction with the destination country’s local postal service.

**Note:** We do not ship to certain restricted or prohibited destinations as per Australian export regulations. A full list of restricted countries can be viewed at checkout.

### 4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Weight and dimensions of the package
- Destination
- Selected shipping method

We aim to keep shipping fees as competitive as possible. Customers may choose from available service levels (e.g., standard or express) where offered.  

**Free Shipping** may be available for qualifying orders above a certain value (this threshold will be displayed at checkout and may be updated periodically).

### 5. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and exclude processing time. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, local postal service performance, or unforeseen circumstances.

- **Australia (Domestic)**: 2–7 business days  
- **New Zealand & Asia-Pacific**: 7–14 business days  
- **North America & Europe**: 10–21 business days  
- **Rest of World**: 14–35 business days  

Express options, where available, can significantly reduce these times.

### 6. Order Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your package directly through the Australia Post website or the relevant local carrier’s tracking portal.

### 7. International Orders – Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments:
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or other fees imposed by their country.  
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.  
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

### 8. Packaging and Fragile Items
Diecast toys are carefully packaged with protective materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit. We use sturdy outer packaging suitable for international shipping.

### 9. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
- **Damaged Items**: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If items are damaged, contact us within **48 hours** of delivery with photos of the packaging and item(s). We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.  
- **Lost Shipments**: If a tracked package is marked as delivered but not received, or goes missing, please contact us immediately. We will liaise with Australia Post or the relevant carrier to investigate.  
- **Refunds for Shipping Issues**: In cases where the carrier accepts liability, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

### 10. Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only accommodate requests before the order has been processed and dispatched.
