K’s Toys Classic E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions 

The following terms and conditions govern the purchase, use, and balance of your K’s Toys Classic E-Gift Card. By purchasing or using an E-Gift Card, you accept these T&Cs. 

1. General Conditions 

• Issuer: This E-Gift Card is issued by K’s Toys Store, ABN 50994775538.
• Redemption: E-Gift Cards can be redeemed for all goods and services at our online store at www.kstoysstore.com.
• How to Use: To use your E-Gift Card online, enter the gift card code at the checkout payment section “Gift Card”. 
• Balance Inquiries: You can check the balance of your eGift Card by clicking the link in the original gift card email to access the gift card page, or if using Apple Wallet, checking the balance within the Wallet app.
• Non-Cash Value: This E-Gift Card is not a credit card or debit card and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• Purchases Exceeding Card Value: If a purchase exceeds the available card balance, the excess amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
• Remaining Balance: Any unused balance will remain on the card for future use within the validity period. We do not provide cash change for small amounts. 

2. Expiry and Validity (Mandatory Requirements) 

• Minimum Validity Period: All E-Gift Cards are valid for five (5) years from the date of issue/purchase. A term or condition that attempts to reduce this period is void under Australian Consumer Law.
• Expiry Date Display: The expiry date is prominently displayed on this e-gift card (or the email specifies the date of issue and states it is "Valid for 5 years from the Date of Issue/purchase).

3. Fees and Charges 

• No Post-Purchase Fees: We do not charge any activation, account-keeping, balance inquiry, or inactivity fees after the initial purchase.
• Other Fees: We reserve the right to charge standard fees that would apply regardless of the payment method, such as fees for replacing a lost or damaged card (at our discretion) or specific payment surcharges for the original purchase. 

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged E-Gift Cards 

• Treat Like Cash: This E-Gift Card should be treated like cash.
• No Responsibility: We are not responsible for lost or stolen E-Gift Cards. We accept no liability for unauthorised use of your e-gift card where the email was sent to the address provided in the order.
• Replacement at Discretion: At our sole discretion, a replacement may be issued if you provide satisfactory proof of purchase and we can verify that the balance has not been used. 

5. Disputes and Governing Law 

• Consumer Guarantees: Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australia Consumer Law.
• Governing Law: These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
